Who can participate?

Any Indian student (undergraduate or postgraduate) or working professional can participate. There are two separate tracks — Student and Professional.

Is there a registration fee?

Yes. The registration fee is ₹199 for Senior UG & PG Students and ₹999 for all other categories (Doctoral Scholars, Independent Writers, and Members of Society). Payment is collected at the time of registration.

Can I write on any topic?

Your essay must be on one of the six contest themes listed on this page. You may choose any theme and approach it from any angle within the theme's scope.

How long should my essay be?

Between 1,500 and 3,000 words (excluding references and bibliography). Essays outside this range will not be reviewed.

What file format should I submit?

PDF or DOCX. Name your file: FirstName_LastName_A4GIntelex2026.pdf (or .docx).

Can I use AI tools to write my essay?

No. Essays must be your own original writing. Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to generate or substantially rewrite content is a disqualifying violation. You must declare this at registration.

Can I submit more than one essay?

No. Each participant may submit one essay only.

Can I resubmit if I want to make changes?

Yes. You can replace your submission any time before the deadline. Only your latest submission will be reviewed.

How will essays be evaluated?

All essays go through a quality and originality check, then a three-phase review by the Research Advisory Bureau (RAB). The rubric assesses Submission Compliance, Originality, Thematic Alignment, and Thought Coherence.

Will my essay be published?

Shortlisted essays may be published on the A4G Collab platform with your consent. You retain authorship rights.

When will results be announced?

Results will be announced on 9 September 2026. All participants will receive an email notification.
